Kevin Marks

Experience
Kevin has been a business entrepreneur since 1986 when he began developing his production driven skillset. Managing people well and flourishing by utilizing the best practices of integrity and professionalism, he became involved in diversified real estate and construction projects ranging in size and complexity from spec homes, to house flipping, and small custom homes, to subdivision development and commercial construction.

Kevin has become an avid and successful real estate investor due to expertise in property research, analysis and business transactions. His experience in this field spans 20 years which now includes ownership and management of thirty-six residential rental properties.

Lori Traughber

Accounting | Office Manager

A native Nashvillian, Lori has been in and around the high-end construction market in Nashville for over 22 years. She has spent her career providing office management and accounting for some of Nashville’s finest in residential building (Rogan Allen Builders), and interior design (Anderson Design Studio/Kathy Anderson), and has managed the accounting and purchasing for building projects at all levels, including repairs to a $48 million farm build. She is in direct communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and the interior design team, from breaking ground, to CO, to move in day. Organization, attention to detail, along with the responsibility of handling a client’s money, are just a few of her strong points!

William Henry Likins (Hank)

Residential Project Manager

A life-long Nashvillian, Hank has over thirty-five years experience in the Nashville residential remodeling industry. He is a graduate of Hillwood High and Hamline University in St. Paul, MN.

Hank takes a lot of pride in his work, and considers every job to be his most important. He is insistent on professionalism with all of our teams and suppliers, and is mindful and communicates the importance of respecting each client’s home and family. It is his focus to make the project run as smoothly as possible. He has an extensive knowledge of the do’s and don’ts of remodeling.

Along with his remodeling expertise, Hank is an active, licensed Real Estate Broker. He has sold hundreds of properties in Middle Tennessee. His experience in the Nashville market makes him a valuable resource for our clients, helping them allocate resources to maximize their return on investment. You’ll enjoy working with Hank.
